1 – 2 hour visit to assess your property and your needs. Includes travel.
This fee is applied to the design fee if you choose to use Terrascapes

Small space planting designs (up to 500 sq. ft.) -- $800 - $1,500
The fee includes site visit and design for small foundation areas and other small planting beds. Spaces that are adjacent (i.e. front space and a side space) are considered two separate spaces. Spaces that are separated by a corner or a structure are also priced separately. Drawings are not included.

Full Design Process -- beginning at $1,500
Consultation – Concept and Design Development – Final Drawings
For larger spaces or those spaces that include paths, steps, and other hardscapes.
Patios, decks, stairways, driveways, pools, ponds and any other hardscape are usually priced separately.

Change Orders: Any design that is changed after final approval and signature will be billed at an hourly rate of $135.00 per hour.

Shopping Days -- This service is for those who need some guidance at the nursery. A Terrascapes associate will come to your house in the morning, look at the space you have chosen to plant. We will then take a trip to your favorite nursery (and/or ours) where we can help you choose plants for your chosen space. The price for ½ day including travel is $250.00.

Planting Lists -- Some of you may want to do all the work yourselves but just want to know what might be good plants for your space. Terrascapes can provide you a plant list that might suit your needs. You might want to know what plants will work in dry shade or purple plants that will grow in full sun. We will send a list (with photos if available) and you can take it to the nursery and choose your own plants.

Installation -- Should you decide you would like Terrascapes to manage and observe the installation of your new design, we can arrange for one of our pre-screened contractors to give you an estimate. The project fees are due and payable to the contractor and are estimated from the Terrascapes design.
Installation observation: ½ day -- $250.00
Project Installations start at -- $5,000.00

Contractor/Subcontractor Interviews -- Should you want me to interview a contractor of your choice there is a per interview charge of $100.00 each.
